Replaying F3/TTW made me realize there are many instances where you need one specific skill to succeed and nothig else matters.
Take the bomb in Megaton for example: Why is it ONLY affected by the Explosives skill and nothing else? This mod aims to change that (and other instanced later on).
For now, these skills will allow you to disarm the bomb: Explosives 25, Repair 35, Sciene 50 or Luck 7. Other than that, everything works the same as before (ie, nothing bad will happen if you try to disarm without the proper skills).
Timebomb can now be healed either by Medicine (requires a skill of 40), by giving him a Super Stimpak or using Med-X, Surgical Tubing and some Whiskey (similiar to some of the infjured Troopers/Boomers you find in NV). Note that you also will need 40 Medicine to kill him - otherwise you only hurt him for some negativ karma.
Plans for the future: Add a version with harder skill checks for people that start in NV.
