Following her advice, I present to you my mod: Senor Chang calling you gay when you die.
Manual Installation: Just drag my mod to the data folder.
Mod Manager Installation: Just activate it and it should be good to go.
Tested in a TTW save file, but theoretically works in Vanilla, and in FO3 (assuming they share the same file locations).
And if you try to even accuse me of something, I'm actually Bisexual. Don't even bother. I will ignore you.
