About this mod
This more realistic mod rewards the player with level up perks (plus a new one) for completing challenges.

SUMMARY
I wanted to reward perks in a more logical way than the standard level up menu. Now, you earn the perks for completing appropriate tasks. For example, Robotics Expert for completing Demise of the Machines, Jury Rigging for modifying weapons, killing bugs gives you the Entomologist perk, etc. I've also created a new perk that improves on the Spray and Pray perk so you do no damage to companions.
The affected perks will no longer be available on level up (without the optional plugin). To prevent soft locking on the Perk screen, I've added a failsafe "perk".
Perks will not be given retroactively, so, this is best added on a new playthrough (or at least before reaching level 2).
All perk and challenge messages are the corner messages, so, no game interruptions.
I've bundled guides/ reference sheets in .txt form in the main download.
PREVIOUS SAVES :
Download the "Loads of Perks - Choosable Perks" add on. You can add any perks you missed. Unfortunately, with my programming skills, I haven't been able to get retroactive perk giving to work. (Yet. I'm working on it.)
OPTIONAL DOWNLOADS;
Loads of Perks - Choosable Perks : Returns all perks to the level up perks menu. Use this if you're adding this to a previous save so you can get any perks that you missed. You will still get all appropriate perks for completing challenges as normal. THIS DOES NOT GIVE YOU EXTRA PERKS. They are just maxed out sooner.
Loads of Perks - Completionist : Allows you to get all perks maxed while using the "No Recurring Challenges" option in lStewieAl's Tweaks. Once a perk is maxed, the challenge does not repeat.
Patch for my Challenge Hider mod. This hides over 100 challenges until you are in the appropriate area (DC, Mojave, or each DLC). That mod is found at https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/79522/
REQUIREMENTS & COMPATIBILITY
This mod only requires Tale of Two Wastelands.
There are no known compatibility issues. Anything that changes behavior of perks or challenges should be placed between TTW and this mod.
