Changes from the Original:
----------------More Perks:
• Bonsai requirement increased from "20 Science" to "25 Science AND 25 Survival".
• Bonsai is no longer referred to as a fruit tree since it can drop vegetables.
• Drink to Last requirement increased from "20 Survival" to "25 Survival".
• Destiny Gambler is now a passive effect that changes daily.
• Swing for the Fence! requirement increased from "20 Melee Weapons OR 20 Unarmed" to "25 Melee Weapons OR 25 Unarmed"
• Swing for the Fence! damage bonus is now +10% instead of +5.
• Bright Side of Life requirement increased from "20 Survival" to "50 Survival" to keep it in line with Light Touch.
• Bright Side of Life enemy critical chance penalty reduced from -50% to -25%.
• Where's My Pants?? can now only be taken while in the Mojave worldspace.
• Where's My Pants?? calculations changed to give MUCH less money.
• Where's My Pants?? will no longer take you to faction safehouses.
• Persistent Manner requirement changed from "6 Endurance" to "6 Perception".
• Persistent Manner critical chance bonus reduced from +15 to +5, and now works outside of VATS.
• Persistent Manner critical damage bonus increased from +15% to +50%.
• Tech Junkie requirement increased from "30 Science" to "50 Science".
• Tech Junkie no longer allows you to salvage robots, just adds bonus misc items on death.
• Shells for Shelly drops fewer shells but more often, and vendors hold fewer slugs.
• Professional Courier bonus carry weight set to +25, and applies run speed dynamically every 16lbs carried increases run speed by +1%.
• Nikola's Shockwave requirement changed from "1 Nikola Tesla and You" to "35 Energy Weapons".
• Nikola's Shockwave no longer gives +20 Energy Resist, now shocks melee and unarmed attackers.
• Roach Lover spawns normal Radroaches that are allied, however it can spawn more at a time.
• Big League Slugger requirement increased from "30 Melee Weapons" to "50 Melee Weapons".
• Big League Slugger damage bonus now applied to all two-handed melee weapons.
• Field Medic no longer allows you to revive dead companions, now heals companions on Stimpak usage.
• First Thing First requirement increased from "40 Guns" to "50 Guns".
• Blind Luck requirement removed.
• Blind Luck now gives Crit Chance when hip firing.
• Fortuitous Warrior requirement changed from "6 Strength" to "35 Melee Weapons OR 35 Unarmed".
• Fortuitous Warrior critical chance bonus reduced from +15 to +5 to keep in line with Ninja.
• Friendless requirement removed.
• Friendless Friend now gains a buff while you have 3 or less Charisma.
• Run Like Winds! is now only a single rank.
• Run Like Winds! bonus now scales based on Strength, Endurance, and Agility.
• Mutant Hunter requirement removed and only has one rank.
• Mutant Hunter now also effects Feral Ghouls.
• Too Drunk To Die requirement removed.
• No Time To Think no longer requires heavy weapons, but reload speed is increased by +50%.
• Outsmarting Booletzs now gives 15 DT while running at max AP, consumes 30 AP on hit.

• Chemical Engineer converted number of ammo reduced, and no longer uses AP.

• Mojave Investor no longer gives vendors more caps, instead resets vendor chests daily.
• Tactical Strategist requirement changed from "6 Intelligence AND 60 Guns" to "70 Science".
• Ghoulificated Heart requirement changed from "Very Good Karma" to "6 Charisma".
• Merciless is now less restrictive.
• Merciless critical chance increased from +10% to +20%.
• Smooth Criminal requirement increased from "50 Sneak" to "70 Sneak".
• Smooth Criminal no longer gives +2 Agility.
• Fading Fingerprints requirement increased from "50 Sneak AND 50 Science" to "80 Sneak AND 65 Science".
• Heavily Trained requirement increased from "60 Guns" to "80 Guns OR 80 Energy Weapons".
• Limb Grinder requirement increased from "60 Guns" to "60 Guns OR 60 Energy Weapons".
• Burning Sunlight no longer increases critical damage and chance, now ignores 25 DT.
• Doorbuster level requirement increased from 12 to 22, and increased "80 Explosives" to "100 Explosives".
• Peer Pressured requirement changed from "2 Active Companions" to "7 Charisma".
• Repair Master no longer gives bonus Agility and Perception when repairing items, now causes items to decay slower.
• Steel Behind Suits requirement changed from "80 Repair AND 80 Science" to "Has Power Armor Training".
• Steel Behind Suits no longer adds craftable powered suits, now gives bonus 20 DT while wearing a suit and has power armor in inventory.
• The New Era requirement removed.
• Removed Dubious Craftsman to avoid breaking the economy even more than possible than before.
• Removed Unexpected Happiness to avoid the player receiving duplicate uniques.
• Removed Pipboy Upgrade to not clash with other auto-healing armors/items.
• Removed Kleptomaniac Punch because jesus christ that's OP.
• Removed Face of Deception as karma is only used for 3 checks in all of New Vegas.
• Removed Special Ops. as "Nuke It From Orbit" by Hopper31 does this and more already but better.
• Removed Sunny and Smiling, levelup perks that just increase attributes or skills are being removed.

• Big Iron Ranger now gives bonus crit chance with Revolvers, but you get crit more often by raiders.
• Tribal now increases/decreases damage instead of skills.
• Near Death Experience now takes effect at 50% health, 25% health, and 10% health.
• Born to be Wild now has higher skill requriements.
• Glutton now increases RR and PR, but speeds up Hardcore starvation.
• Conduit of Radiation now increases Health and AP regen the more irradiated you become, but you accumulate more rads.
• Diabetic is replaced with Chronic Wounds, increasing healing effectiveness at the cost of max HP.
• Ne'er-Do-Well now increases and decreases DR based on companion count.
• Removed Fake Physician since karma can just be changed later and bonus supplies don't do much.
• Banned for Life is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
• High Value Target is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
----------------More Perks Dead Money:
• Deadly Reflection level requirement reduced from 28 to 14.
• Deadly Reflection now deals a portion of energy, electric, EMP, and flame damage back on the attacker.
• Hologram Expert now gives you a semi-permanent Hologram follower instead of craftable kits.
• Removed S.M. Milestone
• Removed Fireballer due to the specificity and under-utility of the perk.
----------------More Perks Honest Hearts:
• Leaving Trails requirement changed from "4 Perception AND 4 Intelligence" to "4 Perception AND 40 Survival".
• Bear in Mind is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
• Caffeine Addict is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
• Risk Taker is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
• Shaman is planned to return, however it is unimplemented at this time.
• One With Martyrs might return at a later date, however it might not due to difficulty of proper implementation.
----------------More Perks Old World Blues:
• Overclocked now increases damage at the cost of AP with Energy Weapons.
• Powered Accelerator now is a static bonus, +10% move speed and +25% AP regen (while running).
• Synthetic now is a static bonus, while below half health you gain +25% damage to energy weapons and +10 DT against energy weapons.
----------------More Perks Lonesome Road:
• Although the original More Perks series didn't have an assosiated Lonesome Road addon, Dree included some perks in "Deserter's Fortress" which I will likely rework and include at a later date.
