Adds the ability to upgrade the Ratslayer via the workbench.

This was initially just a personal modification for my playthroughs, as I personally love everything that has to do with the Ratslayer.
However, the gun itself becomes incredibly week by the time mid-late game comes around.
So, I added a buffed variant of the Ratslayer called the Rodent Ripper. It is available via the workbench, the requirements to craft are as follows:
Guns 75
Ratslayer x1
Fission Battery x1
Scrap Metal x 5
Weapon Repair Kit x1
The damage output of the gun is slightly below that of the Medicine Stick.
It has a Crit multiplier of 3.75x as opposed to the Ratslayer's 5x to account for the additional damage.
Incompatibilities: Anything that alters the Ratslayer. This mod is incompatible with Ratslayer Fix.
