Its Just a Folder containing a bunch of bat files full with all the perks from the base game and all vanilla DLC's. Plus a few extra files containing the Sierra Madre Vending codes and the Old World Blues Holotapes.

Its Just a Folder containing a bunch of bat files full with all the perks from the base game and all vanilla DLC's. Plus a few extra files containing the Sierra Madre Vending codes and the Old World Blues Holotapes.
To Use:
step 1. find folder where FNV is installed
step 2. open downloaded file and drag contents into your game directory
step 3. Launch the game
step 4. Load a save
step 5. Type "bat (filename)" e.g. "bat PerksBG" (don't include the quotation marks)
step 6. Enjoy free perks
PS. this helps to use a mod organiser to arrange your data files as the bat files rely on dlcs being placed in a specific order.

1. FalloutNV.esm
2. DeadMoney.esm
3. HonestHearts.esm
4. OldWorldBlues.esm
5. LonesomeRoads.esm
6. GunRunnersArsenal.esm
7. ClassicPack.esm
8. MercenaryPack.esm
9. TribalPack.esm
10. CaravanPack.esm
