Drug Visuals compatibility patch for YUP and JSawyer( optional ).

While Drug Visuals doesn't touch the item stats, it does add effects to them which for compatibility purposes, is one and the same, so I made this patch which carries over both the DLC Changes ( perk, also made Battle Brew and Tequila have effects ), and the YUP changes. Also since I use JSawyer, I also made another patch for that one.
It hasn't been extensibly tested, just verified that it at least works ( I was too lazy to get a good screenshot so image is just of the changes in FNVEdit ).
