This is a rework of my previous mod.
Found at the Deserted shack under the wooden platform in a hidden hard locked crate. Inside is a rifle and a note on where to find the mods for it.
Its strength requirement is 4 and guns skill req is 90. Comes with a 5 clip round, 79 base damage and 600 health. Basically it's stronger and slower than any other Sniper rifle in the game, but still significantly weaker than Anti-materiel rifle.
