Description:
===========
A port of zzjays Bioshock inspired 'Elizabeth Dress' made for Skyrim, now for Fallout: New Vegas in Type 4. featuring Optional High Heel script compatibility, four alternate retextures, a new choker in three options, (with a new ribbon!)
Retextures include:
===========
- Forest Green
- Black and red
- Red and Black
- Red and White
Featuring!:
===========
- Optional High Heel Script compatibility.
- Optional Seamless Compatibility
- 4 standalone, alternate textures
- A new choker, in three options: Sparrow, Cage, and Rose!
- Lite and full versions of the outfit
- Optional High Poly Ankle Boot Alternative
===========
- The hair in my screenshots is not featured in this mod, nor do we have any current intention to release it.
- The outfit itself, particularly the jacket, has a rather high poly count and may be too much for some older, or lower end systems to handle. If this is you, it is highly recommended you forgo the "ankle boot" alternative in the optional download section for best performance (the main file)
- the choker here is not intended to be a seam concealer. For better seamless compatibility, See our 'recommended, but not required' mod section.
- Optional Ankle Boots are for aesthetic reasons rather than for best performamance. The main files include alternative boots for best performance
===========
- Download it using NMM, or manually by unpacking the folder and dropping the data content into
your fallout: new vegas game directory, be sure to enable the file before launching the game. - If you choose an optional footwear replacer, download and install it after the main file. When it gives you
the option to replace existing files click yes to all.
Required:
===========
- Type 4 You need this file, (or one of its type variants, for the body textures to work properly)
- Mannequin Races - TYPE4 (for seamless compatibility)
- High Heel Script (for HH variant)
Location:
===========
Water tower is getting a little crowded, and for lack of a more "lore friendly" location, and due to my limited imagination I opted to place it in a regular suitcase right next to the stairs of the gas station where you talk to Ringo in Goodsprings. look for the lantern.
HIGH HEEL USERS BE ADVISED!
===========
If you are using the high heel script variant of this file (this is the main file) then the following mods are HARD REQUIREMENTS! the high heel system will not work without them! Make sure you have these installed before reporting a bug.
UPDATE 2.1:
===========
- Noticed "Elizabeth Dress (Red and White, Lite)" had not been included in the suitcase at the gas station while taking screenshots. This esp should fix that. Simply install it via your installer of choice, or manually by dumping the new esp in the data folder. When it asks to overwrite, hit "yes"
- If you don't want to utilize the update for whatever reason, alternatively, you can use the console command player.additem xx001937 and the missing dress will drop into your inventory. 'XX' is whatever number this mod is in your load order.
For HH users:
===========
If you use a mod which requires this, just install it and it will do the rest. Be sure to have all the requisites, or it won't work. There is no
MCM, but there are some options that can be configured, they are inside a file named Settings.ini file located in \Data\Config\HH.
These are the parameters:
bEnable: if =1, the mod is activated. Default=1. (...uhm...)
bDebug: if =1, the debug mode is activated and some messages will spam in the console. Don't use it if not required. Default=0.
bPlayerOnly: if =1, the script will work only for Player. If you're not interested on npcs, this will provide better performances. Default=1.
bSound: if =1, it will activate some extra sound samples when you walk with heels. Disable it if you don't like it. Default=1
fSmoothness: this value defines the response of the Player's script, don't modify it if you don't need. Default=0.3.
Recommended but not required mods:
===========
- Mannequin Races
- Mannequin Race NPC overhaul
- Various heels (T4 Female Body)
- GLOW Master Plugin
- Bioshock Shotgun
- Plasmids From Bioshock
- Bioshock Rapture Pistol
- Bioshock Imports Remastered
- Underwater Hideout - Rapturified
- Rozenburg Zeppelin

-F.A.Q-
Q: Where can I get that hair you use in your screenshots? Will you be releasing it?
A: the hair I use in my screenshots is custom made port from the sims, and we currently have no plans to release it.
Q: will you be making any of the other outfits Elizabeth wears in Bioshock: infinite?
A: This outfit was created by zzjay in 2015, or thereabouts. I merely ported it and fitted it to the type 4 body, to be released on FNV nexus, with permission from the original author. We dont currently have any other outfits from the game planned, but never say never.
Q: Great armor, but the stats are too high! I recommend putting it into GECK and changing the DT, it only takes a second!
A: To anybody looking for NERFed stats, I adjust my stats to be about what the reinforced leather armor is, perhaps a little higher. Straight up: I value my character looking fly as hell, over immersion. I set the health high so it doesn't need to be repaired because I find it personally tedious to have to frequently repair armor. Sometimes I set it high while testing it/taking screenshots of it and just forget to update the esp. in any case: If its too high for you, I recommend putting the esp in GECK or FNVEdit and adjusting it to whatever you like. If you are modding for legacy games like FNV some GECK / Nifscope / FNVedit knowledge is going to be compulsory. Be the change you want to see in the world.
Q: Any chance that you'll convert it to type X, Y, or Z body?
A: I have no plans to convert this outfit to any other body type, but any other ambitious mod author has GLOWs blessing to do so, and to use the textures I have created for this mod. The permissions of this mod for conversion, integration, improvements, or being adjusted for other body types are wide open.
Q: Will you make this compatible with BNB?
A: Honestly? No. Why? Because I don't feel like doing the extra work for something I personally don't use. Again, any enterprising mod author are more than welcome to make this BNB compatible, however, be advised putting this outfit into edit mode in blender and exporting it will break the seamless compatibility. You will want to follow Junkacc11s instructions to use their seamless system if you'd like to approach this task.
Q: I would like to see this outfit in a specific color you haven't made! / Do you have plans to add these outfits to a merchant? / Will
there be any updates? / Can you put the outfits somewhere more lore friendly in game?
A: Highly unlikely I'm gonna add any different colors or make any significant updates that aren't bug fixes, should the need arise. Never say never, but consider it pretty unlikely. Again, whats ours is yours, the work GLOW does, we try to make available for the community to also use as much as we can. Unless there is some hitch with permissions (we respect mod authors self determination and free agency to refuse or withdraw use of assets) or some other difficult to navigate issue. We no longer take requests, or participate in quest collaboration, so making a request to the GLOW team, does not mean we will following up with it. We have an uncompleted mod list about a mile long, and we'd definitely like to move forward with brand new releases. the longer we work on one mod, the less likely those other mods on our list will ever see the light of day.
Q: Im having a unique bug with this mod that isn't listed here, what should I do?
A: Messages reach us faster then comments or bug reports do for the most part, but before messaging us, commenting, or submitting a bug report, please verify that the bug is in fact coming from our mod by doing all the usual checks and we'll do our best to address it, but I am frequently AFK -_-, so please try to be patient with our response times!
Q: This mod isn’t lore friendly / wouldn’t be practical in the wasteland / I don’t like this and want to complain! :(
A: If you don’t like it, don’t use it. What are you, the fashion police? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
===========
Known Bugs/conflicts:
- The ankleboots are extremely high poly. The rest of the outfit, itself, is decently high poly. If you have an older or a low end system, this may cause performance problems. If this is you, it is reccomended you do not use the high poly ankle boot alternative.
- the skirt may distort and stretch in certain positions, particularly in sneak mode
- the skirt is "capped" meaning is you look under it, nothing is there. the weight paints used were based on the white glove society formal wear, to give the skirt the mod natural look possible.
- the skirt is layered, and as such, it clips in some positions
- when you are running in the dress, you may notice your legs clipping through the skirts. FNV engine does not handle "skirt weight paints" all that well, even in the vanilla game. there is no fix for this,
Permission:
Permission to use assets from this mod in original work, up to and including mash-ups, retextures, improvements to existing assets, conversion to a
different body type, or game, quests or inclusions in an overhaul, etc perpetually granted, even in the event of this authors/teams absence, provided the user credits me and every creator I have credited for their hard work. Each individual creator whose assets have been used in this work reserves the right to revoke permission for use of assets at anytime. Please read individual author permissions on each of the pages and fully adhere to them.
Please note: as a team, we also have the right to revoke permission for use, at any time, for any reason. We keep permissions as open as possible for other mod authors to contribute fun and creative mods to the community, this is ultimately the mission of GLOW as a "fashion label". but we also have boundaries in terms of how we're treated, and the purpose of the project or the team behind said project.

GLOW
the mod team who collaborated on this port decided to give our team a name, or a "fashion label" if you will, to adequately distribute credit to everyone involved and to be included within the author mention. Each of the individual mod authors contributed a fair share of work and deserves a fair shake for their efforts. Please check out their pages for great mods and screenshots and throw a few endorsements and kudos their way.
If you liked this mod, Please visit these mod authors pages linked above and throw a few endorsements and kudos their way, and check out their
mods and images for more incredible work.
Thank You to the above authors for their extensive contributions to the nexus community, as well as graciously allowing me to utilize assets from
their mods in my own work, thank you especially to the mod authors who gave our team permission to port, alter, and release this collection
on the Fallout: New Vegas nexus, and for all of their beautiful work they have shared over the years. a special thank you, as always goes out
to zzjay and AuAllerWelt whose continued contributions, help and support made this release possible. Thank you especially to 7thNightHawk
for continually providing beautiful screenshots that always make any mod page special, and thank you to Fallout2am for your work on the high heel script. Thank you always to the nexus community whose continued support and encouragement incentivizes creators to share their work with you.
Before reporting a bug, or making a suggestion for the mod, be sure you have read the entire description for the mod page. Technical/known bugs section for bug reports, FAQ and future plans for suggestions. I try to be extremely thorough with my description and readmes and leave nothing out. If it is already written
in the description of the mod, thats where I will point you toward. The description which answers the question or suggestion. Where suggestions
are concerned, if it was left out of the mod, there was probably a reason for it. If you are having a unique bug that isn't listed, messages will reach me faster then comments do. Be very specific about the nature of the bug, (whats happening specifically? can you take a picture?) and follow up with the team. If you're unhappy with enchantments or DT then you will be told to make those changes yourself in the GECK.
Should go without saying but rude/aggressive behavior will go unresponded too. Nobodies life depends on what we do here on nexus, and nobody likes a Karen.
