Add a new minigun called "Blackrock Shooter" to the game.
Stats are mostly equivalent to the CZ57 Avenger, except for the following changes:
The location is in a text file included within the mod, but given the weapon's name, I don't think it's that hard to figure out where it lies.

- higher effective range
- slower firing speed (25 rounds per second)
- significantly reduced spread (0.15)
- larger clip size (250)
- more damage (14, which is +1 from the Avenger)
