Adds a red tropical shirt in the style of the movie Scarface. It is obtainable from the El Rey Motel, from the room "Apartment 3c".
The shirt has the same +1 AGL buff as the vanilla Pre-War Shirts, and offers a humble 2 DT.
It can be repaired with other Pre-War shirts if needed, but it is very durable.
There is a small fight with Chem runners who inhabit Apartment 3c.
No requirements, works with no DLC and no other mods are required.
