Adds a recipe to craft microfusion cells and electron charge packs from fission batteries + drained ammo, to match the Honest Hearts recipe that allows you to craft energy cells from fission batteries.
There are 2 versions of the mod, a "simple" version which uses the same ratios as the Fission Battery to SEC recipe, and a "complex" version which uses ratios balanced for the MFC>ECP>SEC recipes.
The complex version is included in Simple Gameplay Tweaks.
