F3Perks-Extension:
This extension adds perks from other Fallout games. I plan to add more in the future, if you have any suggestions throw 'em at me!

- Quick Witted - Tweaked F4 Idiot Savant
Level 4 - 1 Rank
Requirements: LK 5
➡ Whenever Experience Points are earned, you have a 10% chance to gain an additional 15% experience.

- Quick Hands - F76 Quick Hands
Level 12 - 1 Rank
Requirements: LK 7
➡ Gain a 18% chance to instantly reload when your clip is empty.

- Ricochet - Tweaked F4 Ricochet
Level 12 - 1 Rank
Requirements: LK 7
➡ 10% + 50% Luck chance to deflect enemy gunfire back at the shooter, killing them instantly if their Health is 10% or less.

➡ +2% bonus to Poison Resistance and Radiation Resistance, and +5 points to maximum Health

Requirements: LK 6
➡ Reduces an enemy's chance to critically hit you by 50%

- Rad Regeneration
Level 12 - 1 Rank
Requirements: EN 6, Medicine 6
➡ Crippled limbs will regenerate themselves when you have Advanced Rad Poisoning

Requirements: None
➡ Killed Evil or Very Evil humans drop a Finger. It can be sold to Major Dhatri for Karma and Caps + Bonus if your Karma level is Very Good.

- Contract Killer

Requirements: None
➡ Killed Good or Very Good humans drop an Ear. It can be sold to Mortimer for Karma and Caps + Bonus if your Karma level is Very Evil.

- Cyborg

Requirements: Medicine 60, Science 60
➡ +10 Energy Weapons, +10% Radiation Resistance, Poison Resistance and Damage Resistance

- Master Trader

Requirements: CH 6, Barter 60
