Combines WebbProductions2020's Classic Combat Armor Replacer Redux for TTW and KnightVault's Brotherhood of Steel and Enclave Classic Combat Armors, distributing the armors across both wastelands and to their appropriate factions in a believable & lore friendly-ish way.

Version 1.2.1 - Sorry for taking so long for such a tiny update, I fixed the path for the helmet with normal map issues.

Version 1.2 - Whole new generation, deletion of previous version is necessary for the mod to work, I apologize for the inconvenience.
                        Enclave Officer armor files were somehow deleted as I was updating for the new version, this is now fixed.

Fixed long standing nomenclature issue with file names and paths.

Implemented Combat Helmet Changes to Operation Anchorage American Troops, they should now spawn with regular, masked and visored helmets.

Changed Gunnery Sergeant Benjamin Montgomery's Assault Rifle to better fit your stealth paradrop behind enemy lines.

Implemented Changes to Strike Team Troop Loadouts with associated terminal notes and changes to Gunnery Sergeant Benjamin Montgomery's dialogue.

Doctor Adami now has Medic Combat Armor.

Changes to Strike Team Loadouts:

Infantrymen Units now have chems, grenades, trench knife, back-up handgun and can spawn with the following Primary Arms:
  • Assault Rifle
  • Assault Carbine
  • Combat Shotgun
  • Laser Rifle
  • Plasma Rifle

Grenadier Units now have chems, trench knife and can spawn with the following:

Primary Arms:
  • Grenade Launcher
  • 25mm Grenade Anti-Personnel Weapon (APW)

Secondary Arms:
  • 10mm Pistol
  • 5.56mm Pistol
  • Laser Pistol
  • Plasma Pistol
  • Plasma Defender
  • 10mm Submachine Gun
  • Laser Rapid Capacitor Weapon (RCW)

Missile Units now have chems, trench knife, back-up handgun, renamed to "Heavy Weapon Units" and can spawn with the following Primary Arms:
  • Flamer
  • Missile Launcher
  • Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun (SMMG)
  • Minigun
  • Gatling Laser
  • Red Glare

Sniper Units now have chems, trench knife, suppressed back-up handgun and can spawn with the following Primary Arms:
  • Sniper Rifle
  • Marksman Carbine
  • Anti-Materiel Rifle (AMR)
  • [REDACTED]
  • [REDACTED]

Please note that the weapons are above are subject to level restrictions within their respective leveled lists so you may not see much of a difference in low level gameplay. My aim with these changes was to further incorporate New Vegas and the other Fallout 3 DLC's into each other, if you do not like them reach out and I will attempt to revert them if enough people dislike them.

Changes to Lyon's Brotherhood of Steel Armor Loot Table Chances:

  • Tier 0 (Initiates) have a 1 in 5 chance from level 15 onwards to have T45D
  • Tier 1 (Initiates) have a 1 in 5 chance from level 1, increasing chances by level 15 & 30 respectively to a 40/60 chance (at level 30) to have T45D
  • Tier 2 (Knights) have a 1 in 3 chance from level 1 to have T45D, increasing to a 50/50 chance by level 15 and 60/40 chance by level 30
  • Tier 3 (Paladins) have a 50/50 chance to get T51B from level 1, increasing by 1 at levels 10, 15 & 25 to having a 1 in 5 chance to get Combat Armor
  • Tier 4 (Paladins) have a 100% chance from level 1 to get T51B
  • Lyon's Pride have a 100% chance from level 1 to get Lyon's Pride Power Armor
  • Outcasts have a 100% chance from level 1 to get Outcast's Power Armor


Overview


This mod combines WebbProductions2020's Classic Combat Armor with KnightVault's BoS & Enclave Classic Combat Armors mods, distributing them throughout the wasteland and to appropriate factions. I made this as a personal mod as I enjoyed WebbProductions2020's Classic Combat Armor & thought KnightVault's mod would compliment it perfectly, but was disappointed to learn the armors would only be distributed to NV factions and locations. I took some creative liberties as I originally did not plan to release this publicly, so please give feedback as I might make additional changes (and/or reverse some of my personal changes) if enough people want them.

Features

  • Distributes Faction appropriate armor across both wastelands
  • Allows for optional use of classic combat armor backpack as a separate item (No longer a binary option!)
  • Adds greater variety of helmets, including masked and visor-less variants
  • DLC integration and expanded distribution of "standard" combat armor variants (E.G: Finding more than just default green on non-faction NPCs)
  • Appropriate faction changes to match the change in possible armors (E.G: Enclave using "surplus" weapons along with their "surplus" combat armor)

Endorse TPOl7uHKA for the creation of his Classic Fallout 2 Combat Armor Remastered, making all of the above possible.

Instructions

Step 1: Download Classic Combat Armor Replacer Redux TTW either manually or via mod manager (MO2 Highly Recommended)

Step 2: Download the Main File from Brotherhood of Steel and Enclave Classic Combat Armors either manually or via mod manager

Step 3a: Merge KnightVault's meshes and textures into Webb's making sure to replace all when asked, then merge my meshes atop and replacing all when asked, then rezip the file with my "MeowMeowMishka's CCARR TTW Combined.esp" only.

Step 3b: Disable the ESP from Webb's mod and Knights (which you shouldn't have if you downloaded just the main file) and ensure "MeowMeowMishka's CCARR TTW Combined.esp" is active. If you have MO2 you can simply double click on Webb's mod and move their ESP from the right pane to the left via the "Optional ESPs" section.
