Installation
Through any mod manager.

Uninstallation
If you haven't enabled the affectPlayerOnly option in INI, completely safe to uninstall mid-game.
If you have enabled the affectPlayerOnly option in INI, disable it, load and save the game, then you can uninstall without any consequences.
