Verily, it seemeth that, akin to myself, some amongst ye hast grown weary of laying eyes upon that foul Pre-War vanilla flag.
One would deem it to have been defecated by the very arse of Natali Vaxberg. Hideous!
As I fashioned sundry assets for the SG2K-LE Series, I resolved to attempt the retexturing of the flag, in order to revive some (old) glory in The Star-Spangled Banner.
Employing the Flags of Fallout resources of Okiir, I labored for some hours to edit, until I attained a result to mine own satisfaction.
Thus and henceforth, I present unto ye: Old, Old Glory. Yes, OOG. Cleverly named, I dare say.

As I have oft proclaimed, I am no "texture guy," and as such, this retexture is far from perfection. Nevertheless, I am contented, and for myself, that sufficeth.
Of late, I have felt a measure of confidence in retexturing game assets. Perchance, in the future, I may release other, more intricate works.
Verily, there are a few caveats that must be noted. The vanilla mesh exhibits some deficiencies in UV/smoothing.
Whilst the flag may appear acceptable in interior settings, in exterior settings, under certain lighting conditions and angles, one may detect certain seams where the light meets a crease in the flag. The extent of this issue may vary. The issue doth persisteth within the vanilla texture, and not from my retexture.
Furthermore, to all texturephiles, I humbly apologize, for normals art not baked-in.
I am ignorant in this aspect and do not have leisure to acquire knowledge of such matters at present.
If someone proficient in such techniques perceives the potential for enhancement of this retexture, I entreat thee to apprise me thereof.
