ABOUT
Adds a new motel room to the Homestead Motel in Point Lookout. A simple yet cozy place to rest your head.

FEATURES

ambient sounds and noises, sounds for all containers, some immersive stuff
functioning day/night cycle with matching interior windows
interactable light switches and TV, cramped yet cozy
navmeshed and companion-friendly
bed that gives "well-rested" bonus
shower that gives "refreshed" bonus*
a modest amount of storage and "NO RESET ZONE" for the cell
all crafting stations (check the toolbox by your couch, grill is outside)
a small few tiny details that you'd need to see for yourself
Dynamic Weapon Displays thanks to hman101, functions standalone in this mod
custom scripted tiny infirmary
working mirror for hair styling
using your terminal, you can empty all trashcans in the motel room**

*+10% AP Regen for a few hours, works similar to Well Rested
**WARNING: this forever removes the contents inside ALL trashcans in the home
