Removed NVR3R - Stripped ESM instructions - After seeing the updates for the main file thanks to wjkovacs. I decided to make the patches for the full version after seeing the improvements. NVR3R - Stripped ESM is no longer required.
Install all of the mods below with your mod manager of choice. (I highly recommend Mod Organiser 2)
Firstly download and install Fallout Character Overhaul 2.3.1 from here at the bottom of the files section. When installing do NOT select ANY of the patches or optional files from the FOMOD installer.
Download and Install NVR3R - New Vegas Redesigned 3 Revised from here. When installing do NOT select any of the patches from the Updated Patches section of the FOMOD installer as my mod already includes versions with slightly different record changes made for Viva New Vegas.
Disable FCOMaster.esm or move into "Optional ESPs" in Mod Organiser 2. The esm is not needed, only the assets from this mod are required.
Download and Install NVR3R - New Vegas Redesigned 3 Revised - Viva New Vegas Patches from this page. Select the relevant individual patches or if you have ALL the mods from Viva New Vegas then select ONLY the merged patch.
Loadorder:
New Vegas Redesigned 3.esm ... ↓ Place these patches near the bottom of your loadorder just above any weather mod you may have. ↓ ...
