This mod adds a short hairstyle that I tried to keep aesthetically similar to other hairs from the vanilla game so your character doesn't look out of place using it. I added it to every race I saw in the GECK but if you are using other hair mods or a custom race you'll probably need Hair Patcher Two (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68016) by Fallout2AM for it to show up.
It is called "Went at it with a knife" in the racemenu so it should be one of the last ones in the list when searching for it.
You can also consider this a modders resource, feel free to use it in whatever mod you'd like, no need to make this one a requirement. Just be aware that it is using modified versions of vanilla assets so you probably can't port it to other games.
