This is the entire set of Classic Tesla armor. This mod is made by Molten Clouds team and will be the part of the upcoming The Chosen's Way project, which is a complete and expanded re-creation of the Fallout 2 in the Fallout New Vegas game.

You can find Tesla armor in those locations (there are only 4 potential sets):
Knight Torres in the BoS bunker sells one set. If she is dead or hostile to player, it will be moved to Venortron.
Armor and helmet in a good condition can be found in The Brotherhood of Steel safehouse.
CaTesla Helmet is located at (try to discover yourself!) *spoiler*.

Zapp's Neon Signs
Gloria from Silver rush sells a Broken Set. It is a MISC item. You can repair it on the workbench if you have 60 repair skill and a set of Reinforced Metal armor. This is done, because Gloria won't sell any apparel item.
Another broken Tesla Armor Set is located at the BoS Lab. But it is not acquirable until Knight Lorenzo is dead.
