Step 2: Next you wanna take the d3d9.dll provided by ENB and drag it to desktop or somewhere you will still have easy access to, just make sure it is removed from the FNV directory so Reshade can install its d3d9.dll.
Step 3: Then grab Reshade and install it to FalloutNV.exe make sure to use the DirectX9 Render API since that's what FNV uses.
Step 4: Rename the d3d9.dll installed from Reshade to dinput8.dll .
Step 5: Drag ENB's d3d9.dll back to the main FNV directory.
Step 6: After that download the latest DXVK and extract the files.
Step 7: Click the d3d9.dll and rename it to d3d9_vulkan.dll then drag and drop the renamed file as well as dxgi.dll to the FNV directory.
Step 8: Open up your enblocal.ini and make sure the settings are these.

EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_vulkan.dll

Step 9: Save ENBlocal.ini
Step 10: Launch FNV and now you should have smooth fps with decent lighting.
For those getting weird artifacts on the hands I recommend you install NVR 3.3.2.0 and use the settings I provided since that latest versions are rumored to incompatible with ENB and Reshade.
