Adds a "Ghost Suit" as well as a cloud tainted cosmic knife and bear trap fist.

The Cloud that blankets the Sierra Madre is as mysterious as it is deadly, yet through long term exposure many became mutated by it's influence, granting unparalleled endurance and regeneration. The Workers were trapped within their suits because of the cloud corroding them shut, protecting them only slightly, but enough for long term exposure to change them into the Ghosts that haunt the Madre.
By some crazy random happenstance one worker didn't have their suit fully fuse shut, allowing it to be removed, however because of this it failed to seal properly. They died to the Cloud due to excessive exposure while repairing part of the service catwalks near the Sierra Madre Vault. However, their suit is deeply infused with the Cloud, granting its regenerative properties to those who wear it.
After inspecting it, one can be inspired to attach some combat armor to the suit at a workbench, making it a formidable defense for any foes to challenge. One may also clean it with some Abraxo Cleaner, or re-dirty it with some cloud residue.
Rumor has it that a large ghost known as "the Revenant" also lurks somewhere in the Villa surrounding the Madre, carrying a Cloud drenched Bear Trap Fist.
Also there's a dead guy with a cloud dirtied jumpsuit in the Villa. He has a knife too.
The Ghost Suit is found in the Sierra Madre Vault, on a Catwalk in some Cloud. however I added a spare, less lore friendly copy of each of these to the "Sealed Sewer" to allow for it to be obtained after Dead Money, or possibly in DUST.
