Version 1.0
Original Release
I always liked the vanilla aesthetic that Bethesda used for the vaults. The trouble was that these textures now look a little out of place when used alongside other texture packs. These textures are based on the vanilla ones that I have AI upscaled to the correct size for the relevant mesh. This is to do with texel density and is a big consideration for a consistent look. I then tweaked each texture individually, modifying shadow, highlights, saturation and clarity for separate elements of the UV. What I have come up with is a very faithful to vanilla style. I have taken some liberties with some of the colours, but I believe these to be justified as they blend better overall. Ruined Vaults are now based on weathered versions of the standard vault textures. The goal here was less "Make everything orange" like the vanilla textures or other packs and more "Natural decay".
I would recommend installing this over the top of the bigger packs like NMC. I have combined the files from FO3 and New Vegas so they are both covered here, that means this mod fully covers TTW as well.
