In the vanilla game, after the assassination of Caesar, the Legion would vilify you, no matter how covertly you did it. This mod allows you to assassinate Caesar without making the Legion hostile, as long as you do it in secret. Once Caesar is dead, you can contact Lucius to start the Arizona Killer Quest. This mod can then be safely removed.
By the way, Cursor Lucullus, the man who ferries you between Cottonwood Cove and the Fort, can now also be killed without provoking Legion!
