FNV BSA Decompressor is a very good mod, see required.
But, I modified the INI of fallout.ini, which really bugged the game, and the mod
So I put the INI edit here to save you time.
If you want to do it manually, set "Fallout - Invalidation.bsa" between "SArchiveList=" and "Fallout - Textures.bsa"
