Surprisingly, with one exception no one seems to have made a mod yet which makes Metallic Monks, the Brotherhood's theme in Fallout 1, play in Hidden Valley. That's all this does. It doesn't replace the music which already played there (Fallout 3 Base music), only adds Metallic Monks to the roster of music for that location.
If you would like a mod which makes Hidden Valley only play Metallic Monks, try Classic Brotherhood Music
