This is a reworked esp for ElectronicOldManPrime's Blue Rose, changing it to use CFWR's 14mm and rebalancing/integrating it to provide another opportunity to use that caliber.
It can now be found in a case at the end of the Courier's Mile, two stories up a broken building.
A tunneller boss and some accompanying smaller tunnellers will attack you when you walk up to the case.
Big guns option available in the config ini.

Questions:
Tunnellers are sensitive to light, they shouldn't be outside!
I don't care, they're such an uncommon enemy that the variety is nice. I also don't wanna make it just another deathclaw ambush.
