Overview:
The courier will wake up in bed at doc Mitchel's house are per usual. But instead of going through an entire exam you simply create your character as you see fit and walk out of the door all whilst not uttering a word to doc Mitchel, perfectly befitting for your 1 charisma courier.
My aim for this mod was to very quickly create a new character with little fluff involved, whilst keeping the outcome of the character creation vanilla. That means no starting gear overhaul, no tweaks to wild wasteland etc.

- A very fast character creation procedure
- An ini to configure the amount of special points and tag skills you can allocate and choose respectively(defaults to vanilla amounts). I included these since there isn't a hard value for them in the game
- Some jankiness
