The art in the X-13 Facility always looked fantastic to me; I loved the early prototype designs, and hated how the Stealth Suit Mk II and Assassin Suit looked so much alike. The assassin suit always looked like the finished product, just with bad purple colors! And while I do love the white, the Stealth Suit is so bright! 

This being my first mod, I wanted to try something simple, but not baby. So, here it is! The Stealth Suit Mk 2 and Assassin Suit have been retextured to look more akin to the V3 and V2 suits we see in the Prototype art all around X-13, making it truly look like the "Psychoanalytic Cardiac-Dampening Sneaky Stealth Suit" of Legend.

The Assassin Suit has been smoothed and made more basic, with solid colors, a lack of back plating and tubes, etc, to really make it look like an early version. With a mostly dark color scheme, I tried to make it still match that style people who like it will come to enjoy. Gunmetal armor pieces, with a black shirt and dark grey pants. Personally, I think it'd go great with some brown / khaki pants rather than the all grey, but, I don't have any plans for it at the moment. There's a lot of mods out there that make these sets all black, but, hopefully this one has a little more flair.

Meanwhile, the Stealth suit in particular has kept most of the detail, as well as some extras, following the oliveand khaki colors of the art, while keeping the white stripes that make it iconic. Its still a prototype, after all! It has some faint camo, and is slightly less black and colorless than its predecessor, but still has a stealthy color scheme. The green should also fit with with any Riot Gear sets, which, always made sense to me; the only people it could be for by default were people who would normally wear Combat Armor, but want some sneak without being a sneak build. So, it fits!

I've thought about adding something to the Stealth Suit, possibly onto the back, to make it look more computerized, akin to the classic Legacy of X13 armors, but decided against it, as I don't have the modding skill to do anything besides a glow map. I would love to perhaps make this a patch / edited version of that in the future, as EmeraldReign seems to be long gone, and the mod abandoned.

The mod is basic, unobtrusive, and should be compatible with just about anything that doesn't also touch the mesh or texture for the Assassin Suit or Stealth Suit Mk 2 respectively. It has no ESP, no data, just a simple model and texture swap. If you want the textures, but would like to use them with something like WetDogSquad's Stealth Suit with Pants then simply put it after in your load order and let it override the model. Blamo! It also does have a Male and Female version, the screenshots only show female as there isn't much difference between the two genders.

While the photoshop and modeling work was done from scratch, much of the base textures and models were heavily inspired off some other long dead mods. So, many thanks to:

Possible future plans:
• Brown pants version of the Assassin Suit?
• Edit Assassin Suit chest / stomach armor to match ref more.
• Legacy of X13 patch, if that'd be worth it. "X-13 Prototypes Reborn" or something.
• Heavy / Light versions, for the Stealth Suit Mk2 Conversion Mod
• Vest / Duster on the Stealth Suit? Seems to have one in the later art, by the thighs.
• Paints? Skins? No idea how scripting that would work, but, could be neat.
