Widely considered the icon of golden age radio, the most popular detective shows to ever air are now available for New Vegas. Featuring the quick witted Johnny Dollar, this show is unique in that all of its events are recounted in the form of a monetary expense account, signed off by, "yours truly, Johnny Dollar."

Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar was a radio drama about a fabulous freelance insurance investigator with the action-packed expense account. Johnny Dollar is a genuinely entertaining radio show that fits well into New Vegas thematically, particularly when actually working on The Strip itself, or for Mr. House.
For over twelve years, from 1949 through 1962, this series recounted the cases "the man with the action-packed expense account, America’s fabulous freelance insurance investigator, Johnny Dollar." Johnny was an accomplished 'padder' of his expense account. The name of the show derives from the fact that he closed each show by totaling his expense account, and signing it "End of report... Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar".
The weekday serialized episodes are generally acknowledged as some of the finest radio detective shows ever produced.
"If you were to ask what was the most successful of all the great classic radio series, there are a number of possible candidates, depending on the exact measure of success, but there is no question that one of the candidates would be "the transcribed adventures of the man with the action-packed expense account — America's fabulous freelance insurance investigator, Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar."
This mod is part of an ongoing radio project intended to vastly increase the variety in Vegas Airwaves, with entertainment of all varieties, for the both the purpose of enhancing gameplay and archiving valuable media. This is the first update in a planned release of 8 collections, one for each voice actor depicting Johnny Dollar.

I've listened to quite a few old radio shows in my time modding Vegas, to the point where I just play the mp3s outside of the games pretty often. Johnny Dollar is currently my go to long-form entertainment radio. While many shows from this era could be overly tame of juvenile, or unimaginative, Johnny Dollar is consistently fresh and engaging. The character is likeable, the voice actors are consistently talented.
The variety of topics is more than you might find in say, the plethora of british space explorer shows, but maybe less than something like Escape or Ghouls and Ghosts, if you're familiar with Old World Radio (which I highly recommend.) It is of my favorite radio shows if not actually my favorite.
Over time, I will be reuploading this mod, with more, randomized tracks - there are over 700 to choose from, and as of now, I am attempting to separate them into voice actor performances.
