This mod contains the road and asphalt textures from Tapioks' excellent retexture pack, Poco Bueno.
The Poco Bueno texture pack is my favorite for New Vegas, but I feel like it clashes with the aesthetic of Fallout 3. This usually makes me switch to NMC's when playing TTW.
However, when I do that, I always miss the Poco Bueno roads. So, I repackaged them in a standalone mod so that no matter what texture pack configuration I am using, I will always have the Poco Bueno roads visible. I made this mod for myself but figured I might as well upload the file for others to enjoy.

I only use this for my TTW playthroughs. If you are only playing New Vegas, I highly recommend disregarding this mod and using the full Poco Bueno texture pack, you won't regret it! (or Ojo Bueno with those of you with better PCs than me)
Installation
Install with Mo2 or Vortex like any other mod.
