Fallout 3 has a lot of problems, but the most important one that needed immediate rectifying 15 years later in an entirely different game is that you even tho you keep your stupid red baseball hat from when you were a kid, your beloved teddy bear that you flailed around wildly instead of listening to your father quote scripture is nowhere to be found. Horrible. Immersion breaking, even.
This mods adds a unique teddy bear, named Winston the bear to fit the 1984 theme that Vault 101 has going, onto the shelf behind you just as the escape sequence starts. Now you can bring him out into the waste and never truly be a lone wanderer.
The bear doesn't do anything. Maybe it can be fired out of the Rock-It Launcher? That's for you to find out!
