The MG 42, the most infamous machine gun of WWII, is finally available in Fallout New Vegas. Integrated into LL and featuring a fantastic animations set by Serviamnon, it's also tacticool-moddable, with both an ACOG and an EO Tech scopes. If you use New Vegas True Scopes, it is possible to combine the two reticles (with B42 Optics this is not possible). Enjoy!
