Integrating the Legion Power Armors from the Power To The Bull from YanL into the game.

Specifically, this mod upgrades these Legion characters with the cool af armors from the Power To The Bull mod from YanL, which is of course required.
I also installed Book Of Steel which made these... even cooler (overriding the original low quality textures of the vanilla game armors), so it's recommended but not necessary.
Caesar - Legion T51-b Power Armor & Helmet
Lucius - Tesla Legion Power Armor & Helmet
Vulpes - Remnants Legion Power Armor & Helmet
Aurelius Of Phoenix - Scorched Legion Power Armor & Helmet
Also added a TTW version with corrected DR and DT values.
Please, check the changelogs section to verify all the changes I applied.
