This mod replaces the Vertibird in the Enclave Remnants bunker with a custom Fallout 2 Vertibird that I made in 2022. People have been requesting it to be ported to New Vegas, so here it is.
This asset wasn't originally designed to be used as a replacer for the Fallout 3 Vertibird, but since the physical dimensions are about the same, I decided that putting it to use like this is the best way to bring it into Fallout NV. I might do more in the future with this NV version of the asset, but for now it's just a replacer for the Navarro Vertibird. It doesn't have much use at the moment besides being an interesting decoration that brings a bit of Fallout 2 into New Vegas.
Just to clarify, this is a very simple mod which at the moment only replaces the Vertibird model used in the Remnants bunker. It doesn't touch any of the other vertibirds in the game. Some visual incompatibility may occur if another mod uses that same Navarro Vertibird asset in another context, so keep that in mind. I assume it's unlikely that most Vertibird-related mods would use that specific model since it's basically meant to be unique to the Enclave bunker location.
You may need to enable archive invalidation manually after installation if it's not showing up correctly.
