Adds reputation mechanics to the three raider gangs and allows evil players to ally them.

This mod adds reputation mechanics to the three raider gangs (Jackals, Vipers, & Scorpions) and sets them neutral to the player if they have evil karma and are hated by the NCR. I left the Fiends alone (Take Chems Make Fiends has a great implementation) and the Scorpions are neutral by default for the sake of restoring a cut quest (WIP).
You can also consider this a modders' resource for anyone who wants to use it as a base for adding new content to the raiders.
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't directly edit the raider factions or the Scorpions NPCs.
I recommend pairing this with Classic Jackals and Venomous Vipers to give those factions more flavor. Also check out NoraCHUCHU's amazing reputation icons!

"But I hate when modders want me to join their Discord!" - Yeah, tough luck. I hate trying to give support on a site where the comment and notification systems barely even function. It's almost like having a centralized communications channel is useful.
Permissions:
As always, I grant everyone permission to do whatever they want with my files in terms of merges, patches, translations, fixes, modpacks, etc. The permissions of CPI apply on top of this since I used some of their icons to make the reputation icons.
