What is this?
This mod is a plugin replacer for the well known NCR Ultimate Overhaul mod by dragbody. While all his NPC overhauls are of unparalelled quality, the .esp plugins that are included in these mods are often cluttered with unnecessary stuff, balance changes to armor rating or NPC stats or even world edits that may conflict with other mods. And they're also few years old and not patched with YUP changes.
If all you want from these mods are visual changes for NPCs and nothing else, you may find this mod suitable.
What I did was:
1. Forwarded Yukichigai Unofficial Patch changes.
2. Removed world edits and the container with new armors.
3. Added some non-playable flags to unique NPC armors.
4. Fixed a bug where regular NCR helmets that don't cover the face caused voice modulation (muzzled voice when the mouth is covered).
5. Balanced the new armors stats to fit vanilla ones, removed some random enchantments these armors had, removed damage resistance from stuff like eyes.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download and install the original mod by dragbody. It's hosted on the GUNetwork forum, you won't find it on nexus as dragbody never published his NPC Overhauls here.
2. Install my mod and let it overwrite the original .esp from dragbody's mod.
