Today marks the 13th year anniversary for Fallout New Vegas!

Overview:

Experience [Camp McCarran] with no load screens for Exteriors, The Concourse, Radio Tower, Restored Camp McCarran South Gate + more
Also a Modder's Resource for level designers



Like with any open location mod:
DO NOT INSTALL/UNINSTALL MIDPLAYTHROUGH.
Light load order is recommended. [255+ load orders will suffer]
Generating LODs is required or terrain will clip. Viva New Vegas has a step by step Guide here.

Features:
Restoring only keeping everything 1:1 Vanilla where possible. Overhauls coming later.
No Loadscreens to Camp McCarran Front Yard and Back Yard.
The Concourse INTERIOR is Outside now. [Thanks to SciRika for mesh from NVMIM]
Restored Animated and South & Main Gate [Thanks to rjs600 for nv_mccarran-maingate-animated.nif]
Radio Tower window open.
Restored Obstacle Course.
Fixed Guard Tower Ladders.
+ Clean the Concourse. [+FPS]
+ Extra Supply Shack Door.
Walk on that roof/wall.

Performance Tweaks Disabling and enabling objects out of sight. Config settings located in concourse area [check images]
Compatible - works with landscape overhaul mods NVLOR, Enhanced Vegas Ruins, etc [Details Below]
Occlusion Planes - Performance boosting by disabling objects behind walls.
Static Collections - More performance by grouping together objects.
Quests work - Tested and works with vanilla quests.
Fully-navmeshed - NPC pathfinding works

Restored Obstacle Course NPCs and Drill Sergeant.
Fixed Guard Tower Ladders for some reason are facing out. [Navmesh shows it was an error] fortification 101 
+ Clean the Concourse remove trash just activate broom. [+FPS]
Extra Supply Shack Door. I hate this shack it makes no sense I wanted to delete it so bad its horrible looking. anyways door is convenient.
Walk on that roof yea you heard right. [No collision barriers] fuck em.

Q&A

Q: What's PCNV?
A: [Pre Console New Vegas] mods aim to restore the OPEN WORLD VANILLA concept the devs had in mind before closing off and cutting areas just to make the game [barely] run on console hardware from 2005-06. Keep reading for future plans.
It all started with "what if I can move nellis hangars to the outside?" My reason being the place is huge but the small entry point make it a bore to explore and the size of the cell makes my game load longer and it take me out of the game.

Q: How is performance?
A: Most intense areas being INSIDE the concourse [45 fps with NVR ON] Front Yard [50FPS NVR ON] This is 1 PC with 1 setup Your mileage may vary.  More on Performance:
BTW in case I haven't mentioned it heavy load orders meaning 255+ esps with 200 4k texture mods are going to notice dips.

Your performance will vary based on your specs but its clear the mod benefits from the Engine Optimizations.

Q: How's compatibility?
A: Comment about a mod and I'll check for compatibility when available. Very compatible with most landscape overhaul mods. More on compatibility:  Test first - This is an overhaul. Always test to see if it works with your load order.
This mod touches everything inside the South Vegas Ruins. I did add multibounds for performance outside the walls but Any mod editing immediate outside area should be fine these only help with performance.

DO NOT file a bug report if it's a mod conflict.
Let me know in the comments if you find a conflict or compatibility with another mod so I may add it to the list below.
IF I use the mod I'll make a patch for it.

YUP - Yup adds a black planes where the door used to be. This patch moves sets it to initally disabled, easy DIY tweak
