These locations were closed off during development to make the game run on hardware from 2005-6 I undid it.

Features all PCNV locations have:

+ Restoring only keeping everything 1:1 Vanilla where possible.
+ I hate load screens they take me out of the game so I removed as many as I could.
+ SCOLs and triggers - Grouping similar objects and disabling things out of view to save some fps.
+ Fully-navmeshed - NPC pathfinding works.
+ Vanilla Quests Work - Tested quests many times over
+ Merged & Standalone plugins available.

Like with any location mod:
DO NOT INSTALL/UNINSTALL MIDPLAYTHROUGH.
Light load order is recommended. [255+ load orders will suffer]
Generating LODs is required or terrain will clip. Viva New Vegas has a step by step Guide here.

Westside:
+ Moved Casa Madrid interior outside
+ Indoor lights will work only during certain hours [8-11pm]

North Vegas Square:
+ Restored unused version of The Gray
+ The Gray shows signs of crumbling and wear
+ Indoor lights will work only during certain hours [8-11pm]
+ Accurate interiors - less rooms. the interiors from the gray ext and vanilla interior are not 1:1
   so I did have to rearrange and exclude some of empty rooms. Quest tested and still works.

Aerotech Office Park:
+ No more oversized gate - Barriers are still up around the refugee camp
+ Open Tent - for some reason this tent inside a small cell was also in a cell..
+ Added more idle markers so NPCs have something to do

Fun Fact: in Geck and the spawn marker for all these NPCs is actually outside then they walk inside the cell.

Crimson Caravan:
+ Vanilla Quest Works - "Young Hearts"
+ Restored some exterior traffic lights that were in the cell random but yea
+ Lucy will also use clipboard anims in the corral, brahmin  check up? I just think it's dumb she's sweeping the fucking dirt.

Camp Forlorn Hope:
+ Removed loadscreens from the HQ and Doctor tents
+ SCOLs for less performance impact 

Boulder City:
+ Removed Load screens for the gate and Jessup's Hideout
+ Restored burnt down homes outside the city
+ Nothing else really, this place is lame.
