Nothing complex and neither new. I just wanted to do a more recent version cause the other mods are really old (2010-2011) and might break i dunno.
For balace sake, i recommend use it along with something that changes skill points distribution. IStewieAI Tweaks mod have a function to decrease to something like 10, what is the ideal me ;D
