Initial Release
This is an LOD block I put together in NifSkope which adds animated smoke billowing over Nipton. It's visible from the distance and up close.
Should technically be compatible with everything.
Install Guide:
Custom LOD Patching Guide - Shouldn't ever be necessary, but this will help if you generate your own object LOD and want the edited blocks to perfectly match. It's very easy to do.
Vanilla - If you don't use custom object LOD then use this.
VNV - If you followed the Viva New Vegas/The Best of Times LOD guide then you should use this. Works with the pre-generated LOD available here.
Compatibility - If you generated your own object LOD not following the VNV/TBOT guide, and you don't care about patching it, then you should use this. It uses a standalone texture atlas so the base textures won't break.

I hate trying to give support on a site where the comment and notification systems barely even function. It's almost like having a centralized communications channel is useful.
