This mod makes the Westside Scorpions non-hostile, adds a few features to the Monte Carlo suites, and adds a safe player housing option.
It also changes them all to their respective raider races. They're now a bunch of dirty crust punks hanging out in an old, dilapidated apartment building.
I added a couple lookouts outside, and a trader inside who mostly deals in guns and ammo.
The gang doesn't actually do or say anything, really, aside from typical wastelander dialogue.
I added some furniture inside and outside the building. Radios and chairs and beds.
There is a separate cell inside the Suites, called the "Monte Carlo Suites Hideout"
This room has entirely safe storage and a player-owned bed.
I don't see any reason why this mod should contradict lore in any way, as the Westside Scorpions are, in the vanilla game, an entirely inconsequential group of hostile raiders, not linked to any quests whatsoever.
