After many, many years of waiting for somebody else to make some good plate armor I finally decided to make a crude attempt at it myself.
For many years Searchlight was protected by a wannabe "Knight" that called herself the Iron Pidgeon, this Knight had travelled a great deal before settling down there, wielding a strange, exotic blade. However the Knight's duties came to an abrupt end when the Legion sabotaged the town, blanketing it under radiation. Flesh decaying fast, she ran, attempting to flee the radiation only to wind up cornered by scorpions at the nearby Airport.
Despite the Knight's demise, her failing had little to do with her equipment. The steel armor is well fitting, and quite durable. Being clad in it's Knightly Visage is said to strengthen and bolster the wearer, allowing them to endure far more than should be possible, and the Blade resembles a hybrid of some of the finest old world relics, One must question where such a strange weapon must have originated?
Largely to keep with my tradition, but also because damage over time and health regen fun, you can infuse these items with Cloud residue at a workbench, or clean the residue off of them. It is said that the Knight had an Evil Twin, obsessed with the corrupting influence of the Cloud, her remains can be found in the Sealed Sewer.
So basically, a Clean and Cloud version of armor, helmet and sword.
