Change the faction relationship from Fiends and Great Khans now fully pacific.

ABOUT THE MOD
The Great Khans and Fiends have a pacific relationship of "dealer and buyer" accordingly to dialogues and the lore itself, but vanilla mechanics for some reason ignore it.
I'm not the first doing it, but due the removal of a mod which did the exactly same thing, i made my own version. Now be disguised as a Great Khan will make Fiends friendly to you and the two faction won't attack each other no more. Yaaay!
INSTALLATION
Install it on your Data folder.
