Remember the chains and hanging signs you could grab and move around in Oblivion and Skyrim? For some reason, collision constraints are almost nonexistent in Fallout's static clutter. Time to change that.
Currently this just affects the Prospector Saloon sign. I may decide to cover more in the future (at least other hanging signs and the playground equipment) but feel free to use anything uploaded here as a resource for working with constraints.
Also, it reacts to the wind, which is never very strong in vanilla weathers so it will naturally swing less than it did before. And since there is no way for constraints to interface with sounds, it will not creak when it moves (I will look into scripting this). If those things bother you a lot then this mod probably isn't for you.
Permissions: As always, I grant everyone permission to do whatever they want with my files in terms of merges, patches, translations, fixes, modpacks, etc.
