What is this?
This mod is a HD retexture of various kinds of flags found around the Mojave. This mod has been requested by my good friend VeryLastKiss. The texture quality has been greatly improved over vanilla and you can choose between 2K and 4K version.If you're looking for the legion flag/banner retexture I recommend PM's HD Legion Overhaul, it is a mod of unmatched quality.

INSTALLATION:
This is a simple model/texture replacer. Install with your mod manager or simply drop the folders to your game Data directory.
