About this mod
Adds a new perk called Expertise. Starting at level 20 add +10 bonus points to your chance to crit. Stacks with Finesse and has a max rank of 10.

Hey guys so this is my first New Vegas mod ever and the idea came to me as I was playing. Some hours of testing and looking up on how to use geck later and I've come up with this. So basically what this perk does is it adds a new perk called Expertise. Starting at level 20 adds +10 bonus points to your chance to crit. Stacks with Finesse and has a max rank of 10. So theoretically if you played long enough or invested enough perk points you could give yourself up to 100 points or a 100% chance to crit with just the perk alone (Not including other crit stacking effects. You realistically dont need to go over 100 crit chance so math it up yourself and stop taking it once you have enough base crit chance. Usually with a usual crit build you have 20 - 30 crit chance so stop around ranks 7-8 of this perk for 100%)
Who is this mod for? For anyone who loves crit builds in New Vegas. I mainly made this mod because I wished Finesse could stack with ranks and technically this sets out to achieve just that. So yeah hope you all enjoy and have fun. This mod doesnt need anything besides the base game. Any problems with the mod at all please lmk in the comments.
Installation: Drag and drop to your data folder then enable. Or just use a mod manager (I use MO2 use install mod thru there and click the zip file)
