14/04/2024 - wrong file sturcture
Mods directory was wrong it was stored like this "data/data"
which means the ESP was in wrong location -
12/04/2024 - Big bug fix!
Fixed a massive bug that made the jet not render outside of 3 cells in searchlight - very odd bug no idea why it occured - if you downloaded GIR 1.1 then you would not have been able to see the jet outside of a small area of searchlight airport - very peculiar bug.
09/04/2024 - Sound adjustment.

Mod versions
This is the main version of the mod - Contains everything stated in summary
Animated jet Lite (Standalone)
This is a version of the mod that will work on a vanilla game
It doesn't need NVSE, JIP/LN, GIR . but this version is just an Animated jet flyby/stunt mod
will begin playing Animations on game start
Animated jet Lite (GIR)
This version of the mod is just purely visual flybys - only script that exists is their for selecting which animation to play.
it removes all physics, questing, heavy scripting, script dependencies, inis, model swaps for physics -
This version doesn't need JIP/LN or NVSE

Not very developed at the moment - but its a more immersive way to implement a feature such as this - You will be given a quest on game launch called SearchLight engines. -
You can choose to never destroy the aircraft so that its just a visual addition like most of my other vehicle mods, it will run just the same.
adds a Fully Animated and destructible jet to the wasteland - Along with an initiation quest and some ini customizations .
model has 2 Flight paths which will fly over the majority of the map, the pilot will do many stunts during this time - flying under and between things all throughout the map. during this time the model is an entirely destructible physics objects, so make sure you don't shoot it down over somewhere populated because the explosions and debris cause damage.
it doesnt reward XP, and once the Quest has been completed the model will reset itself to come back after destruction . so after the Main quest is comepleted its sort of a duck shooter, and a visual encounter mod.
The model has sounds, physics, animations and some scripting to make it all work.

This allows for customisation of Health - Animation bias - Script delays changes - and a mod log enabler .

if you do end up using the mod, you will be sort of a pioneer so I would appreciate any feedback for bug fixing as I am still developing the mod.
Manual installation
The mod files are setup so that the "data/" folder is the root. so just drag and drop that into the folder containing your fallout new Vegas executable and then activate the ESP in "data files", archive invalidate, and the modification should be in your game
Mod manager installation
The mod files are structured correctly, so you are good to install with your mod manager.
Compatibility
mods that use regions will be an issue - have a look at Global imposter regions mod page for details - other then that it should work well with mods mods.
