About this mod

Gives Oliver (not that one) a bit of a Lanius-esque makeover, turning him into the NCR's own lite Frank Horrigan.

Lanius has gotten it too well. For someone that's hyped up as the legion's best warrior, he sure has a lot of mods to make him tougher, huh?
Anyways, the table turns here as General Oliver of the NCR gets his own overhaul, fitted with a non-burnt Scorched Sierra Armor and a custom SMMG to give Legion aligned players a fight to remember.

Titans of the New West is not required, but recommended for a complete experience.
PAVE now supported.

As always, report any issues you encounter.

Incompatibilities:
- Brave New World - GOBA comes with its own edited voice lines for Oliver, so that pretty much overwrites this; a patch may come in the future
