So, I'll be honest. When I first played the game, I never ever discovered the NCRCF. It wasn't until my second playthrough that I found it. And one thing always annoyed me: If the NCR retakes the prison, where are the prison guards that are supposedly coming in to restaff the place? Sergeant Lee, if he survives, is supposed to take up the mantle of Wardenship per Lieutenant Hayes. But there is literally a script in game that disables Lee and his troopers 3 in game days after the attack. Leaving the NCRCF a derelict shell of it's former self.
Well, I got to work to change that.
What this mod does is it adds NCRCF Prison Guards with their own uniform (Just the trooper fatigues with a Kevlar vest over it.) and sometimes a riot helmet. They will guard the courtyard, the cell blocks, the visitor center, the admin, and have a perimeter patrol, snipers, and outer guards on the main road. Enjoy this little shard of immersion! This mod will only go into effect if the NCR retakes the NCRCF.
A generic warden will spawn if Sergeant Lee ever dies.
I may make a mod that adds in prisoners in time. Like NCR prisoners, BoS prisoners, Enclave Descendants, Legion PoWs... Stuff like that. Let me know what you think! It'll be custom voiced too! If I do make that mod, this little paragraph will be removed.
